Equipment Policy
e2 TEKNET will contact owners by all possible means to pick
up equipment. Due to limited storage, any and all
equipment left over 30 days will be disposed of.
Data
Backup / Data Loss Policy
Always backup your data before dropping off equipment for
service. e2 TEKNET will not be held responsible for
data loss.
14-Day
Purchase Return
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase,
just return it within 14 days of the date of original
invoice for a refund (the original purchase price minus any
applicable restocking fee (shipping charges are
non-refundable). At e2 TEKNET's discretion, there is an
industry standard 15% restocking fee on any returned
product. All special orders and customized items are
non-returnable.
Disclaimer
and Limitation of Liability
All of e2 TEKNET's products are guaranteed against defects
for one year from the date of the invoice unless stated
otherwise.
e2 TEKNET shall, at its own expense and option, either
repair or replace defective products during the warranty
period provided that e2 TEKNET has found them to be
defective. e2 TEKNET reserves the right to replace defective
merchandise with different brand merchandise during the
warranty period. If a replacement component is no longer
available or is discontinued, e2 TEKNET reserves the right
to substitute the component for an equivalent item or offer
an upgrade option. Any abuse, misuse, modification, or
attempted modification of the product (except with prior
written authorization from e2 TEKNET permitting such
modification or attempted modification) shall void this
warranty. e2 TEKNET reserves the right to charge fees for
labor (minimum one hour) and diagnostics, shipping,
handling, and insurance if it is determined by e2 TEKNET's
technical staff that the product is not defective or the
problem was caused by the user, software, change of
configuration, or any modification of the product. e2 TEKNET
will repair or replace products covered under this limited
warranty that are returned to e2 TEKNET's facility. During the
second and third years of extended 3 years limited system
warranty customer will need to pay for the return shipping
and a deductible fee of $35 will be assessed. Back up
your data before returning the Product and/or Accessories
for repair or replacement.
EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY
STATED HEREIN, e2 TEKNET EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES,
EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, OF ANY KIND WITH RESPECT TO PRODUCTS
SOLD ON THIS SITE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO,
MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. YOU
AGREE THAT THE SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE MAXIMUM LIABILITY TO e2
TEKNET ARISING FROM ANY PRODUCT SOLD ON THE e2 TEKNET SITE
SHALL BE THE PRICE OF THE PRODUCT ORDERED. IN NO EVENT SHALL
e2 TEKNET, ITS DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES AND
REPRESENTATIVES BE LIABLE FOR SPECIAL, INDIRECT,
CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES RELATED TO PRODUCT SOLD.

AND THE MATERIALS THEREIN ARE PROVIDED "AS IS". e2
TEKNET MAKES NO REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES, EITHER
EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, OF ANY KIND WITH RESPECT TO THE e2
TEKNET SITE, ITS OPERATION, CONTENTS, INFORMATION, MATERIALS
OR YEAR 2000 COMPLIANCE. e2 TEKNET EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL
WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, OF ANY KIND WITH RESPECT TO
THE SITE OR ITS USE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO
MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. YOU

OTHER REPRESENTATIVES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR DAMAGES

AND APPLIES TO ALL DAMAGES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING WITHOUT
